Eggs

Some of you may react to the egg whites, egg yolks or the whole egg.  But it is impossible to separate the whites and yolks completely so it’s best to avoid the whole egg.  There is a good chance that you will react to all types of eggs such as duck or quail, etc.  Another consideration might be what the hens are eating, if they are factory eggs or organic.

The obvious ingredients to avoid in foods are eggs, egg whites or egg yolks, however, other names are used for eggs too.  Here are a few suggestions.
